Carrie Ford Hilliker / Founder

With three decades of experience across fashion, nonprofit, wellness, entertainment, and the intuitive arts, Carrie builds brands that are layered, intentional and honest.

She spent her early career at digital agencies like Havas, Tribal DDB, Tribune Media, and Disney Interactive. In 2008, she stepped out on her own and founded Ford/Visuals.

Before hand-coding websites on huge Mac computers, Carrie started out as a photographer and writer. She’s currently working on two projects planned for release in 2026.
